Converting HDR to SDR in HandBrake is a foolproof way to make your high-quality media library playable on older TVs, phones, and computers. By setting your encoder to H.265 and forcing the color space to , HandBrake handles the heavy lifting of tonemapping automatically, leaving you with a crisp, colorful, and universally compatible video file.
