This is the most frequent phrase involving the word "science." It is used to say that something is not difficult to understand.

Chemistry sits comfortably between physics and biology, and it too exhibits hallmarks of being completely science. The periodic table, chemical bonding, reaction kinetics, and thermodynamics are all backed by reproducible experiments and mathematical models. Modern computational chemistry can predict molecular behavior with impressive accuracy. Yet chemistry deals with emergent phenomena—the behavior of billions of molecules—that can introduce statistical noise. Still, the field’s commitment to controlled experiments, blinding, and statistical analysis places it firmly in the “completely science” category.
