Ensure the printhead is perpendicular to the substrate, with a distance of roughly from the product.

Check that the makeup and ink cartridges are properly installed. Power On: Turn on the printer using the main power switch.

: For optimal jetting, ensure the printhead is level with the umbilical exit and set elevation to "zero" in the printer settings menu.
