If the watch is unresponsive, you can reset it by sending a text message from the parent's phone paired with the app:

Re-enter the approved SOS and family whitelist phone numbers so your child can make and receive calls.

Tap it. The app will ask you to confirm. Confirm again.

A true factory reset occasionally unlinks the watch hardware without clearing it from the MyKi cloud servers. If you attempt to re-scan the QR code after a reset and see an error stating the device belongs to another user, you must contact MyKi official support.
